Overview
Get fit and learn the movements of Karate. Transition from stance to stance with blocks, strikes and kicks. These movements will build upper and lower body strength and balance.
We will teach you:
- Wado Ryu based Freestyle Karate
- Self defence, Counterattacking, Blocks, strikes, body movement (Tai sabaki),
- How to get fit using martial art methods
setting up your space at home
Make sure you have 2 square metres of free space and no valuables in reach of contact. Set up your device so you are able to see the instructor clearly on screen.
